With over 15 years of experience, Shiri advises private and publicly traded companies, entrepreneurs and government agencies on various commercial and financing transactions as well as ongoing corporate and commercial issues. In this framework, Shiri has been involved in many complex local and international commercial negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, BOT/PFI projects and other financing transactions.

Shiri is also an expert in project public tenders and financing. Throughout her career, Shiri advised the State of Israel and other governmental entities in various international tenders and BOT/PFI projects and represented financial institutions and private investors in project finance transactions, including infrastructure projects, construction projects, solar energy projects and pumped storage projects.
